You can record using a toll-free phone number or your computer's microphone and the files are stored and streamed from their server, saving on your own sites bandwidth.

TIP:  A free program that comes in handy is dbPowerAmp, an audio converting program that shows up as an option when you right-click on an audio file. It's an excellent tool for converting audio files to the proper mp3 format for use with InstantAudio.
